Announcement of general tenders

Arabian Gulf Oil Company announces about its desire to PURCHASE AND PROCURE MATERIALS related to production operations in contract area (91) (Nafoora/Augila), according to the details in the following table:

Supplying companies which desire to participate in these tenders and have the ability and qualification in the mentioned field should receive the technical and financial specification booklets either thru their provided addresses or by direct handing to their representatives and have to stick to booklets contents. That’s during the period from 09/03/2010 to 22/03/2010. Participants have to stick to the following conditions:

(1)-Submission of technical offer according to the required specs. Attached with it are the     specialization and past experience supported with documents and necessary data and      information, submission of un-priced commercial offer and priced commercial offer. All      offers to be submitted by 05/04/2010.

(2)-Submitted bids have to be composed from one original and three copies for each offer and have to be contained in separate red wax sealed envelopes, and accompanied with supportive requirements as pre-mentioned 

 The Complete Bid   and all correspondences have to be addressed, send and/or submitted to:  Chairman, Sub-Tender Committee to purchase and procure materials for production operations in CA91 (Nafoora / Augila).

(3)-Sub-Tender Committee reserves the right to exclude any of the companies whom activities do not comply with such tender, or do not qualify to participate in this tender in a satisfactory manner.
